While 2021 has continued to be a year of challenges, the Imara Family has so much to celebrate and to continue to give thanks for all that has been provided. We want to share that story and so much more.

Gather with Imara’s family as we celebrate the abundance we are blessed with through this continuing pandemic. Local in-person events across the US keep our groups small, an online program will make our hearts big.

How Does the Silent Auction Work?

How to participate?

You will be able to access the event from this link The auction bidding and virtual program will be hosted by our partner, Auction Harmony. To participate in the event, you will need to create an account by providing contact information. When you have successfully signed up for the event, you will receive an email confirming your account. To access any part of the event, navigate back to the virtual event platform.

How do I view the program?

The program video is located on the top half of the page, next to the chat. Simply click “Play” to start watching and join the party! The video will move along as you explore the platform.

How to start and continue bidding?

Navigate to the “Auction” button where you can view all biddable lots. Find something you like? Select the lot to review the description and pricing information. If you would like to place a bid on the lot, scroll down and select your bid price from the listed options. Click on “Place Bid.” Confirm your bid via the pop-up and you are all set. If you are outbid on the lot, you will be notified via email and text, which will allow you to bid again if you like. Happy Bidding!

How do I make a donation?

Click on the “Make a Donation” button to view a running total of donations and make your gift. Simply select the amount that you would like to donate and answer the questions on the next screen. Click “Make Donation” to finalize your contribution. Imara International is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization in the United States.

How do I complete my auction purchase and/or donation?

You will be prompted to enter your credit card information when you bid on an auction item or make a donation. You will need to finalize your purchase(s) by clicking the “Checkout” button after the auction closes (or whenever you are done if you are not bidding on anything.) There, you will see a total, including all auction items you won and your donation. Once you complete your purchase, you will be emailed a receipt. All credit cards will be billed by “Auction Harmony.”

What if I want to pay for my donation and auction items with something other than a credit card?

No problem! You will still have to enter a credit card to bid or donate but when you get to “Checkout”, just select “I want to pay a different way.” Then specify your payment request and you will be contacted to confirm your payment.


Silent Auction Rules

  1. All winning bids are final.

  2. No exchange or refund.

  3. Payment for auction items must be made in full by November 8, 2021 close of Gala by credit card or other arrangements as noted at check out in the comment area.

  4. Donations can be made by using credit cards or note other arrangements at check out in the comment area.

  5. Delivery of winning items or redemption process will be mailed by November 20, 2021.

  6. Imara is not responsible for replacement of certificate and gift cards after delivery.

  7. Imara is not responsible for tax and gratuities on experiences.

  8. Dates of use for experiences and delivery of food items are mutually agreed upon with the donor.

  9. Gift cards and certificates are valid at the time of the winning bid. Imara will not be held liable for unused gift balances should the vendor cease doing business.

  10. Imara reserves the right to withdraw items from the auction site before November 7, 2021.
